                            Co-Solution was founded with the purpose of expeditiously accelerating the ongoing global digital transformation on the global platform through innovative and exceptional methodologies. While IT companies, private sectors, and governments are constantly creating digital assets on a global scale, there have been concerns about the reusability of these digital assets among nations, regions, and organizations. Traditional approaches to digitization are not always capable of addressing smart globalization in the digital world to create smart governance. Furthermore, there are challenges with interoperability and connectivity among the digital assets developed by tech corporations, which also limits the speed of digitization and increases extra technology overhead costs and investment in this sector. Another issue that may be seen is that the organizations, people, and experts in charge of creating digital products do not communicate effectively enough to share and develop on their experience, which results in less innovation or overlapped innovation in global IT systems.

                            As a consequence, there is a schism between the IT community as well as the private and governmental sectors, since digital assets are not being utilized or re-utilized as effectively by the government and the general public as they should be. As a result, the digital transformation is not generating as much innovation and progress as it should be, both locally and globally.Co-Solution acknowledges these gaps and strives to accelerate digital transformations by addressing them and providing the necessary support to close the gap by doing relevant research, collaboration, integration, consultation, and making digital assets broadly reusable in order to accelerate the global digital transformation to build global smart governance in government and in private sectors. Another area that Co-Solution focuses on is strengthening internal IT governance for secure, cost-effective and smart management needed in the field of smart governance.
